Fatigue Analysis

We undertake fatigue analysis projects of Life prediction and Factor of Safety analysis on metallic parts at component, subsystems and full vehicle level.

Types of Projects:

• Life or damage prediction (S-N analysis & E-N analysis) of any mechanical component or assembly.
• Life in Repeats of discrete loadcases like braking, bump, cornering etc in automotive and landing, takeoff etc in aircraft.
• Thermal cycle fatigue analysis for engine parts, turbine blades, molding dies etc.
• Full vehicle fatigue analysis (simulation of four poster) in combination with Adams.
