Metal Casting Flow Simulation

• Pressure die casting & gravity die casting Simulation.
• Simulation of flow analysis of castings for checking flow pattern, chances of air entrapments, solidification pattern, shrinkage porosity.
• Thermal Simulation to make predictions about cooling lines to keep the die temperature uniform, for providing better casting quality, better die life.
